The accommodation

Villa Agneta in the heart of Småland, the home of Emil and Pippi Longstocking.

This bright Swedish-style house, built in 1956, is situated in a quiet location in Mariannelund and is currently being lovingly modernized. Offering approximately 125 square meters of living space, it can accommodate up to 8 people and is a wonderful place for families, friends, and small groups.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a toilet. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with a fireplace, a modern kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and an additional sleeping space on the sofa bed.

The absolute highlight is the huge, light-filled conservatory with its impressive ceiling height. A dreamlike space for shared meals, long evenings, family time, or simply for arriving and feeling at ease.

Villa Agneta is situated in a quiet location at the end of a road with very little traffic and has a lovely garden with fruit trees. A small path leads directly down into the park. The center of Mariannelund is a 5-minute walk away, and the bathing lake is about 15 minutes away.

2 km to the film studios. 9 km to Katthult Farm and only 12 km to Astrid Lindgren's World.

When booking, our guests have the entire house to themselves, including the garden and parking spaces on the property.

Villa Agneta is currently being renovated for our guests. Therefore, we are currently showing mainly exterior photos. New interior photos will follow after the handover and furnishing in July.
